ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
super+ has been hosting a summer residency “super+CasaUgoAlto” in San Stino di Livenza since 2015. At CasaUgoAlto a variety of artists, designers and architects from different countries from all over the world come together and work either individually or in a team on various projects. The casa itself offers, besides the numerous indoor workspaces, a large loggia, a patio and half a hectare garden. The small town San Stino offers restaurants, cafes and two hardware stores and an artist supply in the direct vicinity. Additionally, excursions can be made to the Biennale di Venezia, only 45minutes away, or to the sights of the beautiful Veneto-area.
A visit is planned to the renowned design company MAGIS. Here one has the opportunity to gain insight into the corporate structure and see the on site production and showroom spaces live and in action. Trips to the nearby beach and collective dinners are encouraged.
Seit 2015 richtet super+ die summer residency CasaUgoAlto in San Stino di Livenza aus. In der CasaUgoAlto kommen jährlich Künstler, Designer und Architekten aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammen und arbeiten alleine oder im Team an unterschiedlichsten Projekten. Zum Arbeiten bietet die Casa selbst neben den innen liegenden Räumlichkeiten eine große Loggia, eine Terrasse und einen halben Hektar Garten. Die Kleinstadt San Stino bietet neben Restaurants und Cafés, 2 Heimwerkermärkte und einen Künstlerbedarf in direkter Nachbarschaft. Im 45 Minuten entferten Venedig können Exkursionen auf die Biennale unternommen werden.
Auch eine Firmenbesichtigung des renommierten Designmöbel-Herstellers MAGIS ist geplant. Hier hat man die Möglichkeit einen Einblick in die Unternehmensstruktur zu bekommen und die Produktionsstätten mit dem eigenen Showroom live zu erleben. Ausflüge zum nahe gelegenen Strand und gemeinsame Kochabende sind natürlich obligatorisch!
